These terms apply to photography services provided by [full legal name / business name], [business address], Dublin, Ireland ("I", "me"). Contact: jskital@gmail.com, +353 89 443 6591.

Portrait, couple, family and real estate sessions booked through the calendar on this website are reserved at the moment of booking. Wedding, christening, communion, event and product enquiries are confirmed by me in writing, followed by a contract.

A non-refundable deposit of [amount or percentage] secures the date. It is paid online through Stripe; no card details are stored on this website. The balance is due [before the session / on the day / within X days of the gallery]. Prices are in euro and [include / do not include VAT].

Portrait, couple and family sessions can be moved once at no cost with at least [48 hours] notice. Outdoor sessions affected by severe weather are moved free of charge. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. If I have to cancel for reasons beyond my control, I will offer a new date or refund everything you have paid.

Edited photographs are delivered in a private online gallery within [3 weeks] for portraits and families, [6–8 weeks] for weddings and [48 hours] for real estate. The gallery stays online for [12 months]; please download your photographs.

I keep the copyright in the photographs. Private clients receive a licence for personal use, including printing and sharing online. Business and property clients receive a licence for the uses agreed in writing. I may use a small selection of photographs in my portfolio and on social media only with your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

Gift vouchers are paid online through Stripe and are valid for [12 months] from purchase. A voucher can be used towards any session; if the session costs more, the difference is paid in the usual way. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. [Refund policy: e.g. unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.] Printed vouchers are posted within Ireland or can be collected in Dublin.

My liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. These terms are governed by Irish law; this does not affect your rights as a consumer.
